Terms of service
The terms on which this workforce-management service is made available. These govern access to and use of the platform.

Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of the workforce-management service operated by Action Workforce Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Ashley Services Group Limited (ABN 92 094 747 510), on the AgenticAI platform (commercial name Hexis). Where a separate written agreement is in force between us and the contracting organisation, that agreement prevails; otherwise, use of the service is subject to these terms. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by them.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service only for lawful workforce-management purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use
The service may be used only by authorised users of the contracting organisation. Users must not attempt to access tenants or data other than their own, or to circumvent the platform's access controls.
Intellectual property
The platform and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by AgenticAI Pty Ltd and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written consent.
Availability
We target high availability and publish live status at status.agentic-ai.au. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance; specific service levels are set out in the contracting organisation's agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, neither Action Workforce Pty Ltd nor AgenticAI Pty Ltd is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that the law says cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
